Dianne Francel C. Bautista, MBA, MPH, BSN, RN-BC

Dianne Bautista is a Federal IT Consultant with ECS Tech, Inc. assisting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with its $16 billion Cerner implementation to improve data flow and streamline the care for over 9 million Veterans.

In her previous position, she executed impactful projects and trained both clinical & non-clinical end-users. She holds multiple EHR certifications supporting revenue cycle, inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation and ordering. She also supported multiple EHR implementations and upgrade projects for sites using Epic, Cerner, AllScripts, SigmaCare & PointClickCare.

Dianne received her BSN from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her MBA in Healthcare Management and MPH in Urban Health Administration from Rutgers University.

At the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA), she is a member of the Nursing Informatics Significant Interest Group, a layout artist for “Inside PNAA,” & a graduate of the 2021 PNAA iLDP (iLeadership Development Program) where her project, “Marketing to Millennials” received the highest mark & was awarded as the 2021 Best Project Management Plan award.

Currently, she serves as the president PNA-New Jersey Somerset County Subchapter where she utilizes data analytics to guide future programs & to develop marketing strategies with the goal of fulfilling PNAA & PNANJ’s mission.
